Sr. Analyst, Royalty Audit

• Lead all aspects of the tracking of audit notice letters received by the Group’s label clients
• Oversee the audit fieldwork process, ensuring all relevant data is collected
• Review and analyze audit claims, providing recommendations to label clients
• Facilitate the settlement of audits in coordination with Business & Legal Affairs and Finance Departments
• Prepare and distribute monthly and quarterly Audit Reserves/P&L Reports to label clients

• Minimum of 2+ years’ experience in managing the external audit process for a record label
• Strong computer skills, including data entry and analysis, with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical, mathematical, and organizational skills
• Comprehensive working knowledge of WMG’s EROS artist royalty system

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; major in accounting, finance, or business is preferred
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office’s Access application
