• Provide general administrative support to faculty and staff within the Doctor of Psychology program
• Compile reports, collect data, and research current licensing requirements
• Write reports and prepare presentations for various committees
• Manage projects and assist with special assignments as needed
• Ensure compliance with university, program, APA, and DOE standards through data collection and reporting

• Must be a current National University student eligible for work study with a completed FAFSA for the  academic year
• Working towards or completed a Master’s or Doctoral Degree
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast‑paced environment

• Highly organized with a strong attention to detail
• Proven ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines
• Experience in project management or administrative roles
