What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Assess team needs and pain points to deliver solutions that enhance long-term efficiency
  • Manage user and license administration, including new user setup and permissions
  • Provide daily administration and support by customizing Salesforce objects, fields, and layouts
  • Oversee integrated applications and third-party suppliers to ensure seamless operations
  • Document and maintain records of all customizations made within the Salesforce platform
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience
  • Certified Advanced Salesforce Administrator
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven recommendations
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience working in an environment with Apex Triggers/Code (coding not required)
