What

to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Provide administrative and communication support for the Open Educational Resources and Curriculum Support (OERCS) team.
  • Manage incoming inquiries, triage requests, and coordinate scheduling during busy periods.
  • Review and audit course guides and resource materials for accuracy and accessibility.
  • Assist in the administration of OER grant initiatives, including application processing and evaluation compilation.
  • Contribute to outreach efforts promoting open education awareness across the university community.
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Must be a current student at the employer who has completed a current FAFSA.
  • Ability to work up to 15 hours per week with a varied schedule.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
