What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Maintain and manage school records in an organized and compliant manner
  • Coordinate with registrars to obtain missing documents and ensure completeness of student files
  • Process external records requests within designated time frames
  • Conduct regular file reviews to ensure compliance with state Department of Education requirements
  • Communicate sensitively with parents while maintaining confidentiality
What Is Required (Qualifications)
  • High school diploma or General Educational Development (GED) Certificate
  • One (1) year of clerical work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Demonstrated organizational skills and knowledge of systematic filing procedures
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Associate’s degree
  • Two (2) years of clerical experience
  • Ability to perform multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment
  • Experience using web‑based database programs for educational information management
