What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Engage in data entry and system maintenance to ensure accurate information within the database
  • Review documents to ensure all required data for processing orders is complete
  • Establish data naming standards and consistent definitions to enhance overall data quality
  • Process high volumes of data accurately and in a timely manner
  • Perform various support functions to assist in departmental processes
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • High school diploma required;
    Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Typically requires 0–2 years of related work experience
  • Ability to follow clearly defined procedures to complete daily tasks
  • Basic communication skills to address internal and external clients and team members
  • Capacity to solve straightforward problems using existing procedures
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Experience in data entry or similar roles within a real estate or related service industry
