Logistics Coordinator- DTC & Parcel

• Manage day-to-day execution of parcel shipments, including DTC and drop‑ship orders
• Produce and analyze daily shipping reports and KPIs to identify improvement opportunities
• Serve as the first line of response for fulfillment issues, ensuring timely resolutions
• Collaborate with Supply Planning and 3PL teams to manage inventory levels and backorders
• Support new DTC channel launches and logistics coordination for promotional campaigns

• Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics, operations, or e‑commerce fulfillment
• Familiarity with parcel shipping workflows and platforms such as Shopify and Amazon Seller Central
• Direct experience working with third‑party logistics (3PL) providers
• Strong organizational and communication skills in a fast‑paced environment
• Proficient in Excel and experience with ERP and WMS systems

• Experience in a consumer packaged goods (CPG) or omnichannel environment
• Knowledge of issue resolution and performance tracking with 3PLs
• Detail‑oriented with strong analytical skills and proactive mindset
