What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Support account executives in maintaining and nurturing existing client relationships
  • Act as a liaison between client companies, account executives, and operations staff
  • Prepare and organize weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports as specified by management
  • Communicate credit approvals and declines to vendors, brokers, and customers
  • Resolve issues to facilitate the funding of lease/loan transactions
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, or a High School Diploma/GED with three (3) years of related experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure
  • Developed relationship-building skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience in a sales or finance-related role
  • Familiarity with business equipment financing
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to research data
  • Previous experience in customer service or client relations
  • Knowledge of the financial services industry
