- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment
- Experience in workforce transformation or upskilling solutions
- Familiarity with AI-powered sales tools and best practices
- Background in collaborating cross-functionally with diverse teams
- Ability to build urgency and drive consensus among stakeholder groups
