SR WMS Business Process Analyst

• Lead business analysis work streams by setting approach, ensuring documentation quality, and supporting delivery of agreed outcomes
• Mentor and coach business analysts, providing day-to-day guidance and peer leadership
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams to ensure alignment of solutions with business objectives
• Develop functional and technical requirements documentation and coordinate timely systems testing

• Minimum of 5 years in Business Analysis, preferably within the Supply Chain industry
• Familiarity with Tier 1 WMS platforms (e.g., Manhattan WMS) and related IT systems
• Strong leadership capabilities, including delegation, goal setting, and team development
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Solid organizational and time management skills; ability to manage multiple projects and priorities

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• Experience with large-scale system implementations or process improvement initiatives
• Advanced proficiency in business process modeling tools and documentation standards
• Familiarity with Agile or other modern project management methodologies
• Demonstrated success in cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management
