• Certifications in Global Strategy, Business Analytics, or Sales Operations from recognized institutions
• Advanced education in a relevant field or equivalent qualifications, with a background in Business, Economics, or Communications

• Experience working with senior leadership and sales teams in a global or regional context
• Familiarity with various sales systems and analytics tools
• Strong analytical skills and sound judgment in decision‑making
• Demonstrated ability to foster collaboration among cross‑functional teams
