Senior Analyst, Supply Chain

• Lead demand planning meetings with internal business partners to gather total demand for products
• Develop and manage product manufacturing and distribution plans to ensure continuous supply
• Communicate manufacturing plans with internal and external parties and manage purchase orders
• Monitor inventory levels and track stock movements, including inventory reconciliation
• Support vendor management for supply chain and packaging risks while capturing supplier performance data

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field
• 2-5 years of experience in supply chain or related roles
• Proficiency in business analytical skills, project management, and ERP systems
• Strong negotiation, team leadership, and networking skills
• Ability to work in a dynamic, multi-disciplinary team environment

• APICS certification
• Familiarity with GMP and SAP S4 HANA
• Previous experience in the pharmaceutical, medical device, or food industries
