What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Lead executive communications with customers and develop renewal strategies based on data-driven decisions
  • Collaborate with Customer Success Managers and Sales partners to drive large renewal negotiations
  • Maintain an accurate forecast for upcoming renewals and communicate renewal risks
  • Negotiate contracts to maximize value and retention rates while preparing renewal proposals
  • Serve as a subject matter expert and mentor to team members, promoting best practices
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • 6+ years of experience in Sales, Renewal Management, Customer Success, or Account Management within SaaS
  • Strong negotiation skills with experience in managing complex contracts
  • Proven ability to influence and navigate objections to achieve win/win outcomes
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies relevant to managing the renewal cycle
  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems

  • Proven track record of building robust stakeholder partnerships within the Enterprise segment
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate comfortably in ambiguous situations
