What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to develop and implement a sales qualification process
  • Hire, train, and manage a high-performing sales team aligned with company values
  • Monitor and report on sales team performance metrics to leadership regularly
  • Conduct coaching sessions and performance reviews for team members
  • Create and lead team meetings to foster communication and collaboration
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Minimum of 3 years in a sales representative role within the Human Capital Management industry
  • At least 2 years of management experience, preferably in a consulting capacity
  • Proven experience overseeing a team of 4 or more individuals
  • Technical proficiency in sales software, including Salesforce and other tools
  • Strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Prior experience in management consulting
  • Familiarity with sales tools such as Gong, Linked In Sales Navigator, Zoom Info, and Sales Loft
  • Leadership philosophy that emphasizes team development and customer-centric approaches
