What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Direct and lead the travel agent team, providing coaching and performance optimization
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance customer service and operational efficiency
  • Monitor team performance metrics and provide timely feedback to team members
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure client program success and address operational queries
  • Analyze customer service reports to identify trends and implement process improvements
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • 5-7 years of experience in the travel industry
  • 5-7 years of customer service experience with the ability to handle escalated issues
  • Proficiency in Sabre GDS and strong knowledge of international travel
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present to various audiences
  • Strong attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
