• Manage the lifecycle of low to moderate risk vendor agreements, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures
• Negotiate basic business terms in accordance with prescribed templates and guidelines
• Prepare and review routine responses for proposals, bids, and contract modifications
• Maintain organized contract records and documentation to ensure business continuity
• Communicate contract policies to internal teams and assist with issues related to assigned contracts

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience preferred
• 1-3 years of related business or contract experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office products
• Proficiency in contract lifecycle management and ERP systems

• Certification from National Contract Management Association (NCMA) or International Association for Contract and Commercial Management (IACCM) or similar credential preferred
