• Develop a deep understanding of the employer's business and partner sales funnel to monitor strategy health and sustainability
• Create and manage centralized tools for data extraction and insights to support daily business management
• Design and execute a standard cadence of operations, including forecasting calls and business reviews
• Collaborate with Finance and Strategy teams to model productivity and inform resource allocation
• Independently manage project or program plans to support operational processes and stakeholder needs

• Minimum of 6 years of work experience in B2B sales strategy and operations, partner operations, business analytics, or related fields
• Strong analytical skills and a structured approach to solving complex business problems
• Proven ability to communicate data insights effectively to stakeholders
• Experience in presenting technical content to non‑technical audiences
• Proficiency in SQL and Google Sheets for data modeling, with experience working with large data sets

• Experience working cross‑functionally with sales teams and familiarity with sales operations and KPIs
• Prior experience in GTM Partner Strategy & Operations
• Background in a growth‑stage technology company
• Knowledge of Python and proficiency in BI visualization tools like Tableau
