• Support the Program Lead in day-to-day program execution and project lifecycle management
• Coordinate the account team's interface with internal cross-functional groups such as Development, Sales, and Manufacturing
• Assist in developing program plans, schedules, and tracking resource commitments to ensure timely customer deliverables
  
  Monitor and report on program performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics
• Communicate with customers to ensure ongoing satisfaction and address any issues or complaints

• Minimum of eight (8) years of relevant professional experience in program management support or customer-facing roles
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Engineering or Business Management
• Proven ability to work effectively in a matrix organizational structure
• Strong communication skills and experience in customer relationship management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and data analytics tools

• Experience in strategic account execution within the technology or manufacturing sector
• Knowledge of Program Lifecycle Management and operational methodologies
• Familiarity with KPI definition, data tracking, and reporting methodologies
• Ability to rapidly learn and utilize internal IT tools for performance tracking
• Experience working with cross-functional teams
