• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with partners and potential customers
• Assist in building a strong pipeline of new customers and projects through direct and indirect outreach
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product development teams to implement business initiatives
• Review plans and specifications for Finish Plumbing and Drinking Water product line opportunities
• Provide quotations and send qualified leads to representatives

• Bachelor's degree preferred in business, finance, or marketing
• 2-4 years of inside sales/customer care experience, preferably in the commercial plumbing products industry
• Candidate must be located in the Los Angeles, CA area
• Up to 75% travel within the state of California
• Proficiency in analytical tools, including Excel and Microsoft Dynamics

• Experience in the commercial plumbing products industry
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively at various organizational levels
• Detail-oriented and versatile with a high level of energy and initiative
