What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Build trusted relationships with mid‑market clients to drive retention and growth
  • Understand key client health indicators and take proactive steps to minimize churn

What is Required (Qualifications)

  • Familiarity with Salesforce and standard MS Office tools
  • Proven experience in customer advocacy and engagement strategies
  • Ability to share best practices and insights based on market knowledge
  • Experience in a customer success role within the fintech industry
