• Foster relationships with financial institution partners to generate leads and referrals
• Conduct outreach to potential business and non‑business customers to present tailored merchant services solutions
• Maintain and update a pipeline of leads using CRM tools for tracking progress and follow‑ups
• Analyze customer statements to identify savings opportunities and prepare pricing proposals
• Coordinate implementation and onboarding processes for new merchant accounts

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field and 0 years of experience; OR High School Diploma/GED with 4 years of relevant experience
• Must be 18 years of age or older

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field
• Experience in merchant services
