• Own the planning, execution, reporting, and oversight of identified Med Surg growth programs within the Continuum of Care portfolio
• Build and maintain strong supplier relationships and articulate programmatic opportunities to stakeholders
• Act as a subject matter expert while working with Regional Managers to cultivate new business and manage existing accounts
• Respond to clients quickly and accurately to ensure opportunities are acted upon
• Update tracking tools and administrative reports, ensuring alignment with organizational goals

• Minimum of 5 years of applicable work experience
• High School Diploma or GED
• Experience in sales, with at least 5 years in a relevant role
• 3+ years of experience in Med Surg and account management in a matrixed organization
• Ability to communicate effectively with various audiences in both in-person and electronic formats

• Bachelor's degree
• Expertise in business analytics and program/project management
• Experience with Med Surg supplier or distributor contract connections with a major GPO
• History of managing complex Med Surg programs to drive growth
• Strong relationship management skills
