• Negotiate, draft, and manage contractual documents that establish business relationships with vendors, customers, and partners
• Serve as a subject‑matter expert, providing support to various business units in all matters related to contract formation and negotiation
• Prepare, organize, and maintain contract records and files documenting contract performance and compliance
• Liaise with Accounting, Pricing, and Customer Service to identify and resolve customer discrepancies
• Ensure ongoing compliance with Federal, State, local laws, and Company policies and procedures

• 2+ years of contracts administration or relevant legal or paralegal experience, preferably in a corporate environment and/or law firm
• Experience in drafting contracts and business agreements
• Strong interpersonal skills with effective communication abilities at all levels
• Acute problem‑solving aptitude and ability to balance business needs with customer empathy
• Detail‑oriented with the ability to manage numerous business initiatives in a time‑sensitive manner

• Experience in a medical device, pharmaceutical, or other regulated healthcare environment
• Self‑starter and strategic thinker with a demonstrated ability to implement competitive strategies
• High level of technical proficiency with familiarity in leading contract management systems
