Business Process Analyst

• Develop instructional templates and work processes to aid in the creation of operational workflow materials
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and system business owners to ensure documentation accuracy
• Develop and communicate change management information
• Utilize new technologies such as iGrafx to improve operational workflow documentation
• Conduct Train the Trainer sessions when necessary

• Bachelor’s degree in an instructional design-related field or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 2 years of business process or training experience
• Authorization to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship
• Strong collaboration skills to work with various stakeholders
• Ability to adapt to new technologies and methodologies

• Experience with iGrafx or similar business process documentation tools
• Background in change management practices
• Familiarity with instructional design principles
• Previous experience conducting training sessions or workshops
