• Collaborate with peers and management to elicit, analyze, and validate requirements for process and system changes
• Identify risks, dependencies, and potential roadblocks in projects
• Conduct meetings to design solutions that meet business needs
• Create and design solutions that assist operations in achieving core business objectives
• Serve as a resource for colleagues and provide guidance to less experienced team members

• Minimum of 2+ years of related work experience
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred
• Ability to solve moderately complex to complex problems using technical experience and judgment
• Strong communication skills to explain complex information in a straightforward manner
• Capability to work as an individual contributor with limited oversight

• Experience leading projects within a specific discipline
• Familiarity with business best practices and key business drivers related to the real estate industry
• Previous experience in a collaborative team environment
