• Track and manage assigned contract workflows to ensure internal approvals are obtained
• Enter and maintain accurate contract data in the central database for reporting purposes
• Organize and maintain document files for contract records and facilitate quality control
• Assist with client audits and lead the filing of commercial contracts electronically and in hard copy

• Proven related experience in contracting, with 0-2 years of commercial contracting or related experience
• Educational background in a relevant field will be considered in conjunction with experience
• Strong computer skills, particularly in the MS Office Suite, including advanced Excel proficiency
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work both collaboratively and independently

• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry or with Contract Research Organizations (CROs)
• Additional experience in contract management or related fields
• Familiarity with Docu Sign and document retention practices
