What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Communicate significant trip details to vendors, suppliers, and other relevant individuals in preparation for trips
  • Assist the Regional Operations Manager in coordinating and managing daily operational activities
  • Identify and resolve problems in the operations process in a timely manner
  • Manage the region's finances, including investigating and resolving invoice discrepancies
  • Liaise with suppliers to build and maintain strong working relationships
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • At least 1 year of experience in the tourism industry
  • Strong financial acumen, including experience in invoice reconciliation and budget validation
  • Advanced organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional English written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to adapt to a constantly changing environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Any experience as a tour leader
  • Knowledge of French, Spanish, Portuguese, and/or Italian
  • Solid knowledge of the travel industry and the geography of the region
  • A proactive and adaptable attitude with a commitment to customer service
  • Positive attitude and desire to be part of a close-knit and effective team
