- Communicate significant trip details to vendors, suppliers, and other relevant individuals in preparation for trips
- Assist the Regional Operations Manager in coordinating and managing daily operational activities
- Identify and resolve problems in the operations process in a timely manner
- Manage the region's finances, including investigating and resolving invoice discrepancies
- Liaise with suppliers to build and maintain strong working relationships
- At least 1 year of experience in the tourism industry
- Strong financial acumen, including experience in invoice reconciliation and budget validation
- Advanced organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional English written and oral communication skills
- Ability to adapt to a constantly changing environment
- Any experience as a tour leader
- Knowledge of French, Spanish, Portuguese, and/or Italian
- Solid knowledge of the travel industry and the geography of the region
- A proactive and adaptable attitude with a commitment to customer service
- Positive attitude and desire to be part of a close-knit and effective team
