What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Collaborate with internal partners to identify improvement opportunities and product enhancements
  • Assist with claim review file selection and documentation follow-up
  • Partner with account managers to develop and deliver presentations as needed
  • Conduct audits to ensure compliance with client expectations and identify trends
  • Provide technical guidance to claims staff regarding complex claims
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor's degree or a combination of education and related business experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience handling claims
  • Demonstrated experience in claims supervision

    Current license(s) or certification(s) as required by state
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Knowledge of Cor Vel's services and completion of all Cor Vel Product Training Modules
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products; experience with Care Mc is a plus
  • Strong analytical and interpretive skills
  • Experience in OSHA data collection and reporting compliance
  • Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
