• Support business initiatives through data analysis, identifying implementation barriers, and conducting user acceptance testing
• Analyze user requirements and procedures to improve existing processes
• Perform detailed analysis on multiple projects to recommend business solutions and ensure successful implementations
• Coordinate with various business units in the development and delivery of training programs
• Serve as the subject matter expert on assigned functions to ensure operational performance

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 4 years of business process or data analysis experience, preferably in healthcare
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Applications, including Excel and Access
• Experience in benefits, pricing, contracting, or claims, and knowledge of provider reimbursement methodologies
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship

• Project management experience
• Working knowledge of managed care information or claims payment systems
• Previous structured testing experience
