What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Develop a deep understanding of the platform to meet clients' requirements and industry challenges
  • Provide client support during implementation and business reviews to enhance client experience

What is Required (Qualifications)
  • 3+ years of experience in a RIA, Single Family Office, or Multi Family Office environment, preferably in a client-facing role
  • Strong analytical skills and a structured approach to problem‑solving
  • Technology knowledge to effectively engage with product groups and clients
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills, along with strong communication abilities
  • Proven success in building client engagement strategies and handling challenging situations
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience working with ultra-high-net-worth clients in financial products or services
  • Ability to navigate complex data and foster relationships with key influencers
  • Demonstrated executive presence and capacity to persuade at all organizational levels
Adaptability and independence in a dynamic work environment
  • Willingness to travel as necessary
