What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Make outbound calls to schedule services with customers and maintain customer relationships
  • Develop and implement business development strategies focused on financial gain and customer satisfaction
  • Arrange business development meetings with prospective clients
  • Conduct research to identify customer needs and provide trustworthy feedback
  • Build and maintain long‑term relationships with new and existing customers, with some weekend and after‑hours work required
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, sales, or a relevant field
  • Minimum of three years of sales experience in the government sector, specifically at the municipal level
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, and Excel) and FMIS/Inventory systems
  • Strong problem analysis and resolution skills at both strategic and operational levels
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • Fleet maintenance and automotive/fleet technical knowledge
  • Proven track record as a self-starter with adherence to company policies
  • Strong customer orientation and organizational skills
  • Acceptable driving record and ability to pass drug tests and background checks
