- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for diverse audiences
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in word processing, flowcharts, and spreadsheet applications
- Experience in analyzing business processes and recommending improvements
- Strong interpersonal skills to foster cooperation among business partners
- Familiarity with project management methodologies
