• Manage high volumes of inquiries from sales and implementation teams via phone and email
• Collaborate cross‑functionally to address client inquiries on plan design and product support
• Identify common issues and trends to drive process improvements
• Service a geographically diverse client base in a fast‑paced startup environment

• 5+ years of experience in a client‑facing role such as customer support or account management
• Prior Defined Contribution industry experience required
• QKA or similar industry designation required
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Exceptional communication skills, including professionalism and empathy

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Experience in a fast‑paced growth environment
• Located in the Pacific Time Zone
