• Manage office duties and procedures to maintain an efficient branch work environment
• Greet and assist visitors while directing vendors and suppliers for deliveries
• Oversee the end‑to‑end customer service process to ensure exceptional service delivery
• Manage Location Accounts Payable processes and reconcile discrepancies
• Collaborate with HR and managers in onboarding new hires

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum of 3 years of applicable experience
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Strong service orientation with excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to effectively manage multiple, changing priorities in a fast‑paced environment

• College degree
• Experience with , SAP, Tableau, Hyperion, Teams/Zoom, or Smartsheets
