Senior Learning Consultant

• Partner with business line leadership to identify learning needs that support annual performance goals
• Conduct performance needs analysis and root cause analysis to address performance gaps
• Manage various performance improvement solutions for assigned lines of business
• Lead cross-functional teams in the development and implementation of learning strategies
• Assess and manage vendor relationships to meet training needs

• Bachelor’s degree plus 5 years of learning and development or business consulting experience
• OR a combined minimum of 7 years of higher education and/or relevant work experience
• Strong project management skills and ability to influence teams of subject matter experts
• Excellent analytical, strategic planning, and public speaking skills
• Ability to travel up to 35%

• Proven success in influencing senior leaders and collaborating with HR leadership
• Possession of SHRM certification or training needs analysis certification
