What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Establish and maintain consulting relationships with Employee Benefit Broker Partners and other stakeholders
- Serve as a subject matter expert on enrollment technology solutions and product offerings
- Deliver training and ongoing development to producers and agencies within the assigned territory
- Collaborate with internal departments to achieve production goals and maintain high-quality business
- Analyze market trends and support recruiting and marketing initiatives to enhance business growth
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of experience selling voluntary benefits
- Established broker network in the territory
- Ability to travel 2-3 days per week within the territory
- Life & health licensing required; must obtain upon hire if not currently licensed
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
