Position: Employee Benefits Consultant - Voluntary Benefits

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

  • Establish and maintain consulting relationships with Employee Benefit Broker Partners and other stakeholders
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on enrollment technology solutions and product offerings
  • Deliver training and ongoing development to producers and agencies within the assigned territory
  • Collaborate with internal departments to achieve production goals and maintain high-quality business
  • Analyze market trends and support recruiting and marketing initiatives to enhance business growth

What is Required (Qualifications):

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience selling voluntary benefits
  • Established broker network in the territory
  • Ability to travel 2-3 days per week within the territory
  • Life & health licensing required; must obtain upon hire if not currently licensed
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
