Regional Sales Manager - Plumbing​/Industrial

• Develop and execute a regional business plan to boost Plumbing & Industrial sales channels in the Eastern US
• Engage with National Plumbing and Industrial Supply members and distributors to assess market strategies
• Collaborate with planning teams to optimize inventory capacity and achieve high fill rates
• Deliver presentations and demonstrations of company products and services to clients
• Provide weekly market activity reports and monthly territory analyses to management

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales management
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business or a related field
• Proven ability to meet and exceed corporate goals
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively (up to 60-70%) within the assigned territory

• Highly motivated self-starter with a strong team orientation
• Strong technical aptitude for presenting complex concepts and conducting product demonstrations
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
