• Develop and deliver new hire training on CRM, Field Reporting, and Business Planning systems for commercial sales teams
• Update training materials and curriculum to reflect system enhancements
• Provide ongoing training and support for field sales teams on system capabilities
• Collaborate with Field Training and Development teams on training content and agendas
• Identify user experience insights and training opportunities from field observations

• Bachelor’s degree; MBA or related graduate degree preferred
• Strong command of CRM, Field Reporting, and Business Planning systems
• Previous experience in a training or coaching role supporting field team members
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment undergoing transformation

• Experience in a field leadership or coaching role focusing on business acumen development
• Experience in training within the pharmaceutical industry
• Understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theory
• Familiarity with the Promotional, Regulatory, and Compliance Review Process
