What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

What is Required (Qualifications)

  • Proven ability to collaborate with senior leaders and influence diverse teams using analytical insights
  • Strong analytical, financial modeling, communication, and problem‑solving skills
  • Experience using planning or analytics tools like Salesforce, Tableau, or Anaplan
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Demonstrated experience in scaling a sales team during periods of rapid expansion or substantial change
  • Proven track record of building and developing high‑performing teams in strategy, planning, or operations
