Senior Product Manager, Service Agreements

• Create and champion the long-term vision for tools that help contractors grow and sustain their base of recurring customers
• Develop and execute a strategy centered around contractor success, ensuring predictable revenue and improved retention
• Own and drive the roadmap for recurring-revenue and relationship-management capabilities, from conception through launch
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions while managing customer escalations
• Establish and track KPIs related to revenue impact, retention, engagement, and customer satisfaction

• 5+ years in product management, with significant experience in B2B SaaS
• Proven track record of shipping impactful features end-to-end, from research to release to adoption
• Strong ability to break down complex workflows and design intuitive solutions for diverse user bases
• Data-driven mindset with experience defining, measuring, and communicating outcomes
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree (MBA or technical MS) is a plus

• Experience serving construction or service contractors
• Experience building subscription, recurring billing, scheduling, or retention-focused products
• Exceptional collaboration skills with the ability to influence cross-functionally
• Excellent storytelling and communication abilities
• Self-starter mentality with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
