InsideTrack Associate Vice President, Partner Success

• Collaborate with the Partner Success Team to achieve bookings and revenue objectives through new partnerships at post-secondary institutions
• Establish and maintain consultative relationships with senior leaders at colleges, universities, and education-focused organizations
• Manage the sales process, including proposals, negotiations, and contracting
• Provide strategic consultation to partner institutions on best practices for student success and change management
• Participate in outreach activities such as networking events, conferences, and webinars to generate opportunities

• Proven experience in building relationships with senior leaders and selling solutions of $250k+ to higher education institutions
• Strong knowledge of post-secondary education and career pathways
• Exceptional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving abilities, and time management skills
• Bachelor’s Degree required;
  Master’s Degree preferred or equivalent work experience

• Experience working for or with a foundation/philanthropic organization focusing on post-secondary education and career development
• Knowledge of the higher education landscape and workforce development
