• Perform construction drawing take-offs and conduct provisional evaluations to identify value creation potential
• Track projects and follow up at key dates to ensure progress
• Collaborate with field and distribution partners to secure successful sales outcomes
• Direct lead generation efforts and expand sales network through outreach and digital engagement

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
• 2-3 years of experience in the construction industry preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask effectively

• Experience in sales within the construction industry
• Familiarity with CRM systems and lead generation techniques
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Strong problem-solving skills and technical knowledge
