• Manage and observe all on-site civil and structural construction activities, ensuring compliance with project specifications and safety standards
• Develop and implement construction plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies
• Conduct daily site inspections to monitor construction progress and implement corrective actions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, engineers, and contractors to address technical obstacles
• Uphold compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations throughout construction

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in Civil/Structural Construction Management or a related field
• Demonstrated expertise in civil and structural construction, preferably in the energy or power plant sector
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, building codes, and safety standards
• Proficiency in project management tools and software for scheduling and budgeting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Experience in managing large-scale construction projects within the energy sector
• Familiarity with advanced construction technologies and methodologies
• Additional certifications in project management or construction safety
• Proven track record of successful project delivery on time and within budget
• Experience with environmental compliance in construction projects
