Temporary Educational Support Associate

• Hourly pay range of $24.00 - $27.00, commensurate with experience and education

• Open and close academic facilities, ensuring readiness for classes and events
• Set up and break down classrooms and various educational activities and events
• Manage the setup of audio equipment, lighting fixtures, and video equipment for classes and events
• Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting support for faculty and students during academic activities
• Perform regular inventory and maintenance of supplies and equipment in academic facilities

• A degree in media, recording, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Strong understanding of audio, video, and lighting equipment
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a complex academic setting

• Experience with live performance lighting, video, and sound is highly preferred
• Knowledge of basic video systems and live sound is a significant advantage
• Demonstrated commitment to diversity and cultural sensitivity in communication
