• 5+ years of experience in social content, brand storytelling, or creative strategy (agency or brand‑side)
• Proven success in creating engaging social content that resonates with audiences
• Hands‑on creative skills in conceptualizing, shooting, editing, and writing
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for cross‑functional teamwork
• Ability to thrive in an early‑stage, fast‑paced environment

• Deep love of dogs, design, and culture, with an understanding of pet wellness and lifestyle
• Experience with content creation tools such as Cap Cut and Premiere
• Demonstrated ability to create high‑quality, emotionally resonant content
