RCM Support Representative

• Manage all email communication and Salesforce cases from customers and RCM Operations teams
• Send cases to appropriate RCM teams for resolution based on knowledge and understanding
• Review case trends to identify areas for improvement
• Keep the Customer Success Manager informed of escalated issues from RCM Operations teams and customers
• Collaborate with various departments to address process gaps and improve service performance

• Minimum of 2 years of related experience in customer service or operations
• Proficient in MS Office programs and computer literate
• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Excellent oral, written, and persuasive communication skills
• Experience with Brightree Software and/or DME Billing, Salesforce, Microsoft Teams, and Share Point

• Passion for customer service and a self-starter mentality
• Ability to analyze and solve problems without clear precedent
• High energy and results-driven attitude
