What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Drive customer outcomes and value through various engagement strategies
  • Own renewal outcomes for a large customer portfolio, including forecasting and contract negotiation
  • Empower customers to become self-sufficient champions of the employer's platform
  • Monitor customer health and lifecycle signals to trigger proactive interventions
  • Design and execute scaled engagement programs to enhance product adoption and value
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Customer Success role with direct renewal ownership
  • Strong commitment to customer success and advocacy
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Self-motivated with the ability to navigate a dynamic work environment
  • Experience with Salesforce, Gainsight, Google Suite, Zendesk, or Tableau is a plus
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience in Cybersecurity or Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) is preferred
  • Proven ability to balance competing priorities and make strategic decisions
