• High School Diploma or equivalency
• Minimum of one to two (1‑2) years of inbound, outbound, or related call‑center experience in insurance or banking
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to remain professional and courteous in all interactions
• Proficiency in operating a computer and basic office equipment

• Some college coursework in Business, Management, Communications, Marketing, or a related field
• Ability to effectively multi‑task
• Typing speed of 40 WPM accurately
• Proficiency in operating a 10‑key calculator by touch
