• Follow established playbooks to guide newly acquired customers through the integration transition
• Accurately input and verify client data in CRM systems and onboarding platforms
• Analyze customer challenges during the transition and troubleshoot technical issues
• Deliver clear communication to customers as the primary point of contact throughout the migration
• Provide initial product orientation and support tailored to customer needs

• Minimum of 1+ years of experience in a customer service or support role, preferably in a high-volume environment
• Experience with CRM systems and ticketing platforms
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a customer-centric mindset
• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred

• Familiarity with B2B products and services
• Comfort with technology and ability to learn new software quickly
