Associate Specialist - Community Support Systems

Supportive and collaborative work environment

• Provide frontline support for Community Support Systems, specifically Kustomer
• Collaborate closely with internal customers to resolve system concerns
• Escalate issues to third‑party vendors as necessary to maintain operations
• Assist in implementing the Community Support AI strategy
• Complete assigned deliverables in a timely manner

• Experience administering Community Support channels (email, chat, voice, IVR, etc.)
• Ability to work autonomously while using judgment to escape issues as needed
• Strong strategic problem‑solving skills for complex challenges
• Ability to develop relationships with teammates across multiple CS specializations
• Experience applying technology solutions for Contact Center Operations, CX, and reporting/metrics

• Experience with the Kustomer platform
• Familiarity with the Effortless Experience
